Empowering Girls Through Softball

Why Choose Dundas?

We believe softball is about more than what happens on the field. It’s about building skills, confidence, friendships and a lifelong love of the game.

For over 40 years, we've been proud to offer a welcoming, community-focused program where players can learn, compete and grow at the level that’s right for them. From a player’s first season of softball through House League, Select and Rep opportunities, Dundas provides a pathway for athletes who want to play for fun, develop their skills or challenge themselves at a more competitive level.

With dedicated volunteer coaches, accessible local programming and a strong sense of community, players aren’t just joining a team — they’re becoming part of Dundas softball.

house league SOFTBALL programs ALL YEAR LONG!

☀️ The heart of our community!

House League divisions from U5 through U19, giving players of ALL experience levels the opportunity to play recreationally in a positive community environment.

🍂Combines quality skill development with game experience

Players build skills through purposeful drills and scrimmages, with teachable moments that develop confidence, softball IQ, positioning and decision-making.

❄️ Keep the glove out all winter!

Bringing it indoors, giving players a chance to work on throwing, fielding, hitting and other fundamentals while getting ready for the upcoming season.
